One of the latest flagship projects in our extensive portfolio is the Green Business Center Linz (GBC Linz for short).
Here, too, we are proud that Green Business Center Linz GmbH is a wholly owned subsidiary of Green Finance Group AG.
The GBC Linz is characterized by its contemporary and extremely appealing architectural design. Our primary goal was to create an atmosphere in which our customers and business partners would find a pleasant working environment. The Green Business Center in Linz offers a large number of light-flooded office units, various meeting rooms and coworking areas designed for green finance distribution. It is also possible to let these premises to other customers via ImmoWerte GmbH. In this way, we have created a place that offers an attractive and productive working environment for around 180 employees.
The GBC Linz is therefore a place that offers a new workplace for professional activities without having to compromise on enjoyment and relaxation. You will find plenty of space to relax and enjoy yourself in our kitchens, quiet zones and reception and waiting areas.
The Green Finance Group AG presents the GBC Linz as one of the first office buildings with an efficient heat pump heating and cooling system that achieves a triple effect, including underfloor heating in winter, underfloor pre-cooling in summer, ceiling cooling and cooling of the circulating air. The use of conventional air conditioning systems (fan cools) was avoided in order to ensure an extremely pleasant working environment in terms of indoor climate.
The GBC Linz is an environmentally friendly building that focuses on sustainability and environmental protection.
We integrate advanced technologies to further increase the efficiency and sustainability of the building.
About 180 people will be offered a new workplace at GBC Linz.
The building has special rooms that can be used for sales meetings and training.
The building’s heating and cooling system is not only cost-efficient, but also environmentally friendly and sustainable.
The use of a state-of-the-art, extremely efficient heat pump heating and cooling system creates a pleasant indoor climate.
High-quality real wood parquet flooring was installed in the offices and fine stoneware flooring in the public areas.
The GBC Linz features a contemporary and appealing design that creates a modern working environment.
At the GBC Linz, attention was paid to sustainability and quality in the flooring. Instead of a raised floor with carpet, real wood parquet was installed in the offices and fine stone tiles in the public areas. This places the highest value on high-quality and durable floor coverings.
The immediately adjacent gastronomy business, Balazs, is an enrichment for GBC Linz. Thanks to this unique addition, our guests can not only work in a sustainable and modern working environment, but also enjoy culinary delights in close proximity and experience tasteful breaks. The Balazs opened in August 2023 and contributes to making the GBC Linz a holistic experience.
Various office units, conference rooms and coworking areas are available for flexible rent in our Green Business Centres.
We also offer communal facilities such as kitchens, rest areas, reception and waiting areas.
In addition to office space, we also provide a variety of services:
RECEPTION SERVICES, IT SERVICE & ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT.
The Green Business Center Linz is an outstanding building of the highest quality and sustainability. In addition, our location is also available for hire to external interested parties for conferences and training courses of all kinds.
